Where we deliver
Countries: Türkiye only.
Any delivery restriction (for example, countries or addresses we can’t deliver to) is shown before you order (MSY Art. 6(2)(b)).
Delivery times
Your delivery date or period is shown at checkout and in your Pre-contractual Information Form before you pay. It’s a commitment: we must deliver within it. For goods other than those made to your request or personal needs, it can never be more than 30 days from when we receive your order (MSY Art. 16(1)).
Usual delivery times after dispatch: within 30 days of your order at the latest. Prescription lenses made to your prescription: not applicable, since Blink doesn’t sell prescription lenses.
Delivery charges
Charges: delivery within Türkiye is free.
The delivery charge for your order is shown, together with the total price including taxes, before you pay. You don’t have to pay any delivery or other cost you weren’t told about before ordering (MSY Art. 5(3)).
Carrier and tracking
Carrier: a domestic carrier booked through Kargonomi (kargonomi.com.tr). When your order is dispatched, we email you the carrier’s name and a tracking link.
Deliveries outside Türkiye
Import duties, taxes and customs charges: not applicable, since Blink delivers only within Türkiye. Whoever pays them, any amount you’d have to pay is stated before you order.
Loss or damage in transit
We’re responsible for loss or damage until the product is delivered to you, or to someone you name other than the carrier (MSY Art. 17). If you ask for a carrier other than ours, we’re not responsible once it hands the parcel over to that carrier.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please ask the courier to note it and tell us at support@wearblink.net. Your rights don’t depend on a courier’s note.
Late or impossible delivery
If we miss the delivery date, you can cancel and we refund everything, including the delivery charge, with statutory interest, within 14 days of your notice. If delivery becomes impossible, we tell you within 3 days of finding out and refund you within 14 days (MSY Art. 16).
