Where things stand
Blink One can’t be pre-ordered yet. The pre-order page and the bag let you choose a configuration and save it in your browser; no order, contract, reservation or payment is created.
These terms will apply once pre-orders open. Before you can place one, you’ll see the Pre-contractual Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement completed with your order.
How pre-orders will work
Pre-order model: a free, non-binding reservation list. Joining it costs nothing and commits you to nothing; when Blink One can be delivered within 30 days, we invite you to place a real order.
When you’re charged: nothing is charged for a reservation; you pay only if you place an order, at that time.
Countries where pre-orders will be available: Türkiye only.
Delivery deadline
In Türkiye, a seller must deliver within the period it promised, and for goods that period can’t be more than 30 days from when the order is received. The only exception is goods prepared to your request or personal needs, such as lenses made to your prescription, where a longer period can apply if you’re told about it and agree before ordering (MSY Art. 16(1)).
So we’ll only take a paid pre-order for a standard Blink One if we can deliver it within 30 days, and the delivery date will be shown before you pay. For prescription lenses, the production time will be shown and you’ll be asked to confirm it: not applicable, since Blink doesn’t sell prescription lenses.
If delivery is late or becomes impossible
- If we don’t deliver within the promised period, you can cancel. We refund everything you paid, including delivery charges, with statutory interest, within 14 days of receiving your notice.
- If delivery becomes impossible, we tell you within 3 days of finding out and refund everything within 14 days. Being out of stock doesn’t count as impossible.
- If we learn that a delivery date will slip, we’ll tell you as soon as we know.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw from a pre-order at any time before delivery, and for 14 days after it, without giving a reason. Before delivery, we refund everything within 14 days of receiving your notice. See Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds.
Price and specifications
The total price, including taxes, shown when you place the pre-order is part of the contract and can’t be raised afterwards without your agreement. The same goes for the main characteristics shown before you ordered (MSY Art. 5(2)).
If something material about the product changes before delivery, we’ll tell you and ask whether you want to continue. If you don’t, you can cancel free of charge and get everything back.
If you live outside Türkiye
The mandatory consumer law of your country also applies, and the rules differ. For example, EU law lets the parties agree a delivery date later than 30 days but keeps the 14-day right of withdrawal, and US federal rules require a seller to ship within the time it states, tell you about delays and let you cancel for a refund. The terms shown at checkout will reflect the country you’re ordering from.
