Warranty
Three different things, often all called “warranty”: your legal rights, your device’s coverage, and making a claim.
1. Your legal rights
Consumer law protects you if a product is faulty, whatever Blink offers on top. In Türkiye these rights last two years from delivery and can’t be reduced. The full terms, including what Blink adds, are in the Warranty document.

Once Blink has verified that you bought a device, its page in My Devices shows the purchase and how long it’s covered. We only show what we’ve verified, never an estimate.

Open a support request and choose Warranty. Tell us your order number and what’s wrong; we’ll explain how to send the product. You don’t pay to exercise your legal rights for a faulty product.
