How your account is protected
What Blink does, and what you can do.
- Your password is stored only as a one-way hash. Nobody at Blink can see it.
- Changing your password needs your current one, and signs out every other device.
- Changing your email needs confirmation from both the old and the new address.
- Your orders, devices and support requests can be read only by your own signed-in account; that’s enforced by our database, not just the website.
Blink will never ask for your password by email, phone or message. Never type it into a page you reached from a link you weren’t expecting.
If something looks wrong, sign out of all devices, change your password and contact us.
